Villagers bring a dried-up lake back to life before the monsoon
Residents cleared years of silt and rebuilt the inlet channels by hand. The lake now holds water through the dry months.
Coming soonThe antidote to doomscrolling
Triguun finds the good happening across India and around the world — real progress, from sources you can trust — and brings it to you in your own language. Read it in a minute, or listen on the go.

What we stand for
We look for real outcomes — something built, solved, discovered or achieved — because progress you can see is the kind that lasts.
Every story comes from an established newsroom or an official source, and links straight back to the original reporting.
No outrage, no clickbait, no doom-scrolling. A calmer way to stay informed, in a few minutes a day.
Most feeds are tuned for outrage, because outrage keeps you scrolling. Triguun is tuned for the other half of the story — people and places getting better, which happens every day and rarely makes the front page.
You'll still know what's going on. You'll just put your phone down feeling better than when you picked it up.
How it works
Throughout the day, Triguun scans 100+ trusted sources — Indian national and regional newsrooms, global outlets, government releases and science agencies — in nine languages.
Each story is checked for tone, substance and safety. Duplicates and clickbait are dropped. Roughly one in four stories makes it through.
